Technical Support will review your information and issue an RMA number if your issue warrants it. Here are some things to consider with any RMA:
|Step 5||Pack a copy of the RMA form with the materials you are returning. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging.|
|Important: Any shipment received without an RMA number clearly displayed will be refused.|
|Step 6||Ship the material to the address provided by Technical Support.|
|Step 7||Upon receipt of your shipment, we will begin processing your RMA request.|
