Surveillance Camera

The xWatch^TM explosion-proof surveillance camera provides a high-resolution color image of activity in the monitored area. It is ideally suited for remote or hard-to-access areas.

Combined with a Det-Tronics X-Series flame detector, the xWatch views the same 90-degree cone of vision as the detector. When the flame detector goes into alarm, the operator can immediately view the monitored area in real time and accurately assess the risk and location of the fire and react appropriately. The xWatch can also be used as a stand-alone device. The camera can be used with any video switcher or server for a live video feed and the output can be directed to a DVR or computer monitor.

Three configurations are available --
- As a stand-alone device to perform typical CCTV functions
- Retrofitted into a C7050 Detector, replacing the UV tube module with the camera module
- Attached directly to any of the Det-Tronics X-Series flame detectors through a factory-installed integral connection adapter
