Repair and Warranty Services

Help when you need it

If you need a repair, a replacement, to make a warranty claim or return any products, these steps will help you get the fastest response.

Note: If you want a repair, please take a moment to see if your product can be repaired here.

Be sure to perform the troubleshooting steps listed in your manual.

If you cannot find the manual, you can search for it online here. You can also contact your local authorized sales representative and ask for a copy of the manual.

Contact Det-Tronics Technical Support. 

Before contacting us, we need you to get some information so we can quickly address your problem. We offer the following options for getting this information:

  • We have an issue description form that will help you collect this information.
  • If you prefer, you can submit the information via our online RMA form.
    • Note: This is also the form to use for warranty claims.
  • If you prefer working offline or on paper, you will find the RMA PDF under Additional Resources/+ Other to the right.

Technical Support will review your information and issue an RMA number if your issue warrants it. Here are some things to consider with any RMA:

  • If the material is not in warranty, we will need a Purchase Order (PO) before starting repairs.
  • If it is in warranty and you eligible for Advance Replacement, a PO is needed that covers the cost of the replacement materials.
  • Materials returned for credit must be in new/unused condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
     
Step 5 pic5 Pack a copy of the RMA form with the materials you are returning. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging.
    Important: Any shipment received without an RMA number clearly displayed will be refused.
     
Step 6 pic6 Ship the material to the address provided by Technical Support.
     
Step 7 pic7 Upon receipt of your shipment, we will begin processing your RMA request.
     
Step 8   Check the status of your RMA via phone or email.

Note: Det-Tronics will attempt to reapply custom configurations to match the product's received state. If this is not possible, the equipment will be returned to factory default settings.
