A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired
and displayed on any packages shipped to the factory or they will be refused.

Completed RMA forms can be emailed to:
RMA requests are reviewed by Technical Support within 24 hours.
Expected lead time is 4 weeks upon receipt at the factory.
